In January 2010 Preon partnered with a dual citizenship (US & Nigeria) business executive and RLD Resources to form Preon Nigeria LLC with headquarters in Lagos Nigeria.

This renewable energy initiative, when fully implemented, will have a profound impact on the humanitarian issues of this developing African nation. Preon’s unique solution of utilizing the AFT gas conditioning skid and the HOH gas catalyst skid and micro turbines will provide a platform to provide energy to state grids with modular power plants: producing low emission green energy with LPG and flare gas. The Preon Nigeria LLC initiative also includes the deployment of Waste Gasification System: capable of converting municipal solid waste to renewable electricity.
